Every time i try to sign in, it doesn't let me. i've tryed typing my password with all capitalized letters, lowercase, and just making the first letter uppercase, but nothing works.
never mind, it's fixed, I think ...
Scratch that post. Pretend like it doesn't exist. No, i'm still having issues.
The password has to be typed in exactly the way when you signed up.. If not, try changing it.
what operating system do you have and what is the message that pops up when it stops you from logging in?
winsows XP, and I don't even get a message. It's strange ...
I hardely sign on to aim and sometimes when I do it doesn't read my contact list or anything so I have to end it from the task manager. I wonder if this problem is related to the password issue?
It works now that I restarted jaws, but I don't want to keep doing that everytime I sign in.
Depending on the version of Jaws you have move up to AIM 6 or the latest. Now about the password like was said before if you forgot how you signed up, then get a whole new ID and be sure you type it lower case. AIM 5.9 seems to work best for all Jaws users under 7.
Getting a screen name sounds really nice, but I hope there isn't a damn captia I have to go through ...
I suggest it's better changing the password and trying to signing in again, you know. or, updating your aim.
